I'm gonna just do a little opening meditation, and then I will share a little bit about Pragyeet and the Stargate experience, and then we're gonna jump in and hand it to you, Pragyeet. So... Great. Yeah, yeah.

So for starters, everyone, if you'll join me in a short alignment, um, meditation, activation, and opening. Just begin by closing your eyes and tuning in to your heart center.

And as you're breathing, breathe deeply and bring your awareness into your heart center, making contact with the light in your heart,

and feel that heart light glowing and growing out around your chest and out around your body,

allowing yourself to feel the expansion of your energy field, and feel the opening to receive, the opening in pure divine light and protection as we begin to attune to the energies that are present here with us today.

And now from your heart center, bring your awareness up through the crown of your head, moving up all the way to Central Sun. You can imagine it far above your head.

And making contact with the heart light and the heart energy of Central Sun, making contact with the divine masculine light.

And feel that nurturing energy, protective energy, and expansive energy as it comes down through the ethers into the crown of your head, making contact with your heart light.

And then continuing down your spinal column, continuing down all the way into the center of the Earth, and making contact with the heart light of Mother Gaia,

the beautiful divine feminine Sophia Christ energy at the center of the Earth. And feel yourself there balancing in that divine light energy, the center of the Earth.

And take a deep breath and bring that divine feminine energy up through the layers of the Earth, through roots carrying liquid crystal plasma light up into the base of your spine, moving up the spine into the heart center.

Joining with the light from above and the light within, spreading out into every cell, activating your DNA,

activating your awareness, and opening your consciousness to receive a higher level, a higher frequency of yourself in your body.

And then take a deep breath, feeling your energy expanded in your heart center [exhales] grounding that energy into the base of your spine,

and coming back now to full presence in this expanded, open, harmonious, balanced, and aligned heart energy space.

And now I am going to share a little bit about, um, our first speaker of the day, Pragyt. And let me get to that screen.

So normally, regularly, Julianne was going to be joining us today.

She's not going to be present, but I'm still including her in this, um, sharing so that everyone knows that she is part of the Stargate experience as well.

Pragyt is an internationally known channel, h- and has for over thirty years worked with his guide Alcazar and their creation, the Stargate, an interdimensional doorway facilitating healing on all levels, DNA reactivation, and the awareness of one's quantum self.

Julianne joined the Stargate project in two thousand twelve and became a partner in the Stargate experience after discovering a profound connection with the Stargate's guide, Alcazar, who has assisted her in accessing and teaching a source energy of self-healing and self-love known as the essence of life.

Together, Pragyt and Julianne have shared the Stargate experience with many thousands of people in different countries all around the world. The Stargate experience is currently based in Mount Shasta, California.

And so now with no further ado, Pragyt, I would love to hand it over to you and let you take it away. And, um, thank you so much for your presence. I'm really looking forward to all that you have to share with us today.

Well, thanks, Washila. It's really wonderful to be here with you, and it's also wonderful, I've been looking at the chat, and all my friends are connecting in and say hello to all of you as well.

So a special welcome to those people that are unfamiliar with the Stargate. And I would like to give you an experience

of how the Stargate works, what it is, and have a, a brief meditation with it so you can actually feel the energy and the power that comes through this amazing structure.

So I'm gonna just move aside for a little just so that you can... This is the Stargate or one of them. And this structure, it's a, a complex

geometric structure, and this was given to me by my guide Alcazar, and it was, mm, over thirty-three years ago right now. And the whole thing was very magical.

It wasn't something that I intended to do. I certainly didn't intend to travel the world and do meditations [chuckles] with everybody. I was actually a business person about to buy a hotel on, on Maui.

And one day in a, um... I was having massage and

somebody started to talk, and it was really disturbing, and it got louder and stronger, and in the end, I opened my eyes up because I couldn't kind of stay relaxed with the massage.

And I discovered it was me that was talking [chuckles]. And I... "You were channeling." I said, "No, I wasn't." "Yes, you were." And so my friend who was giving the massage said, "Well, do it again." And so

it happened again. And for me, it was just a great shock. It wasn't something that I was really involved in. And [clears throat] and so I was alone in my room and I said, "If this is real, who are you?"

And I heard really loud and clear, "Alcazar." And that was such a strange name. It didn't seem the kind of thing that I would make up with my mind, but I was still very skeptical.

So Alcazar started to bring through information. My friends kept on asking for comments or an insight into their lives.

And what happened was Alcazar was giving me a demonstration, and he was doing this by saying, "In a day or two, so and so is gonna happen to you. When it happens, tell Pragyt."

And so every now and again, I have my friends calling me up and saying, "Well, what Alcazar said was gonna happen, it's happened."

And so more and more people were getting confirmation about things which Alcazar had, uh, explained to them. And for me, it was a great demonstration. This is real.

This is something that's not just my mind making something up. This is a real experience. So very slowly and gently, I started to trust Alcazar, and then he wanted to guide meditation groups.

So people started to meditate, and word got around Maui, and very soon we were doing workshops with a large number of people. Well, after a year, he said to me, "I want you to build a structure.

It's called a Stargate, and it will be an interdimensional doorway." And I had no idea [laughs] what an interdimensional doorway was, but he gave me this picture in my mind one evening.

And as you can see, it's a fairly complex structure. So I was trying to draw it, and it was extremely difficult, and my... I still have the original drawings, and they actually don't look like the Stargate at all.

But anyway, I said, "Okay, give me some dimensions and angles, and I'll make it." And Alcazar said, "No, you just go ahead and you start, and you'll remember."

And that sounded very weird to me, but I started to trust him by then. And sure enough, as I started to make it, I kind of knew what to do and how to make it. And so

after about six months of working, trying to figure out how to do things, I finally completed the first Stargate. And what to do with it now? It was like, here I have this great structure. What is it?

And Alcazar explained to me that it's an anchor for a higher dimensional consciousness, and we call that consciousness the etheric Stargate. It's in the etheric.

And that consciousness actually responds to each individual. And at first, I found that very hard to accept. But over the years working with it, it's been more than 33 years now.

Over the years, I recognize that this structure and the consciousness that is anchored into it has... is a very powerful conscious being.

And as I said, it responds to everyone individually, and I'd like to give everyone an experience of this in a meditation in a short while.

So Alcazar asked me to start working with people, a- and I've been traveling around the world now for over 30 years doing workshops, longer sessions, having experiences,

and it's a continual expansion of consciousness. Every time we, we do a workshop with it, it's like, "Wow, that was amazing. Can it get any better?" And it always does. So [laughs]

today I'd like to give you a small taste, but let me just say a few things that people have reported that have happened to them during these meditations.

And some of these things that happen, happen within moments, and other things take a little bit of time, days or weeks, for the transformation to happen. It depends on the individual.

So the Stargate, the consciousness of the Stargate creates an energy field,

and in that energy field, we start to invite many of the guides, the ascended masters, the angels, the star families, and so on.

When we invite those energies, people can actually feel these beings coming into the room.

And when we're online like this, you'll be able to feel them coming into your space, and I'll explain more about that in a minute. In that

space where there's the vibration of all these ascended masters and the angelics, we are surrounded with that energy of enlightenment. And the beautiful thing about the Stargate meditations is there's nothing to do.

There's nothing to try. It's just relaxing into the energy field that we create together. And as we invite these beings, and as we relax into this field, there's a potential for change.

And that change happens all by itself. We don't do it to you. You allow it just by relaxing into the energy, just by being present, relaxed, with no expectation.

And that's the key in this m- upcoming meditation, no expectation. Just relax and be in the field. [clears throat] So what happens? As you relax, the energy builds around you,

and as I said, it creates a potential for change. That change happens when you allow the energy of the masters and the guides to assist you in releasing

limiting programs, beliefs, ideas about yourself, limitations that you have.

And in that simple cleansing that can happen as you allow it, as that cleansing happens, change can happen, and that can happen on all levels. It even happens on the physical level. Bodies change.

People have reported all kinds of amazing shifts happening. Several people, for example, who had curvature of the spine, their spine went straight just in the meditation.

We've had people that have had cancer saying it's just disappeared by being in these energy fields. There's some amazing stories. There was the lady who was blind and got her sight back just during one meditation.

And so- Incredible things are po-potential, and it's about allowing your potential without expectation. So on, in a mental and an emotional level, change can happen.

Stress can disappear. Old emotional situations can actually just be gently dissolved out of your fear... Out of your field, sorry. So the fear-based reactions that we have in our lives

simply dissolve, and you find that judgment starts to disappear, that life becomes just more gentle and more beautiful and more flowing. So some of the changes that have happened...

I was actually reading this morning some of the comments that people have made from this program, Becoming Superconscious, which we'll talk about in a few minutes. There was a lady there who said that she had...

She, um, had to go to hospital to have some stents put in because of, uh, a, a restriction in her blood vessels. When she got there, they discovered that it had already gone. It had cleared out.

[train horn] Well, we have a train passing right now, [laughs] if you can hear that. So let's see if we can move in towards a meditation. So

as I said, the Stargate is an anchor for a higher dimensional consciousness, and we call that the etheric Stargate. So for all the people around the world watching this, we...

in a moment we're gonna invite you to call for an etheric Stargate, the consciousness of the Stargate to come to you. And you might well feel it actually forming around you, and visualizing or imagining it helps.

Now, it's a complex structure, and so to make it easier for those of you who are not familiar with the Stargate, just imagine a, a pyramid forming around you so that you're sat or lying down inside a pyramid or a Stargate.

I'm gonna ask you to close your eyes when we do the meditation, and I strongly suggest that you keep your eyes closed throughout the process. The reason for this is that in this gentle energy field,

slowly, slowly, the energy within you will build up. Your vibration will start to rise. And as your vibration rises, this is when some of these old programs that no longer serve you can actually dissolve, disappear.

As I said before, it's important not to have any expectation, and also as you feel the energy, it's important not to try and direct it. There's something in your body that you think you wanna have healed, let it go.

Just be with the energy. Don't direct the energy. The guides that will be working with you bring the energy to you as you need it and where you need it. Okay? So at the beginning of the meditation,

which will be guided by Alcazar, the Stargate guide, at the beginning, he's gonna be asking you to ask for various things.

For example, the first thing is always inviting the energy of the Earth to come up into your body, into your energy field.

And it's important if you wish to have a strong experience to actually invite, to ask for yourself, because the guides respond to you individually. With the asking,

if you can bring your feeling as well as just repeating the words, because the guides respond to your energy rather than just the words that you say. So in order to have a strong experience, feel,

include your own intention in the asking. Okay? So we will be bringing in some of the guides

and just having an experience, a short experience to give you a taste of the potential energies and give you also a sense that the Stargate operates in the quantum field.

And so wherever you are in the world and whenever you are listening to this, whether it's live or whether it's on a recording, if you meditate with us, you will have this experience. Okay? So

again, I just ask you to get ready, close the eyes, and relax. Nothing to do. Just be comfortable. Close the eyes. There's nothing to see. I'm just gonna be sat here,

and Alcazar will come in and guide the meditation. [clears throat] Okay. Beloved ones, we greet thee.

This is Alcazar, and it is a great honor to be with you at this moment of your time. And as has already been said, we invite you to simply relax.

In this process, there is nothing to do. Once we create the energy field together, just being present in the field is all that is necessary Okay. So

we are going to ask each and every one of you to ask inside. So no need to speak it out loud, just internally.

Ask inside for the energy of the Earth, the energy of Gaia, to come up into your body, into your energy field. And so we are calling for the energy of the Earth.

We're calling for the energy to come up into your body, into your energy field, to help ground you, help you stay present throughout the meditation. Very good. And for those

who find it difficult to feel the energy, relax. Do not try, just relax. Be with what's happening. For slowly, slowly, as we move through this meditation, the energy will get stronger. Mm.

So relaxing, feeling yourself very present in the body. And so now we ask each one of you to ask for the etheric Stargate, the consciousness of the Stargate, to come to you.

So just asking inside. And for those of you that know the Stargate, you can visualize the Stargate coming down around you.

If you're not familiar with the Stargate, then just imagine yourself seated or lying down inside a pyramid, because the consciousness of the Stargate recognizes what you are asking for.

And so if you are sensitive, you might even feel the Stargate coming down around you. And again, just be relaxed. Nothing to do, just the asking.

So now asking inside for the activation of the Stargate. So we are calling for the activation of all the etheric Stargates around the world.

And what will start happening is your etheric Stargate will just start to very gently radiate a very soft energy,

and this very soft energy will actually start to vibrate you. Very good. And now, beloved ones,

we are going to vibrate your etheric Stargate faster and faster, and the vibrations of your Stargate, as they get faster, will actually move up through the dimensional frequencies.

So we will be moving from this third dimensional reality. The energy surrounding you will move up through the dimensions until we reach that which we call the 12th dimension.

So again, just being relaxed, visualizing the Stargate around you. And we are starting this process now. So we are vibrating your etheric Stargate

faster and faster, moving out of the third dimension through that which would be called the fourth,

merging now into the frequencies of the fifth dimension, and continuing to vibrate your etheric Stargate faster and faster.

Moving into the sixth dimensional frequencies now and merging up into the seventh dimensional energetics where we pause for a few moments. So your etheric Stargate is now vibrating at the level of the seventh dimension.

And so we ask each one of you to ask inside for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in your etheric Stargate.

And again, it's important for each one of you to ask with a strong intention, just allowing for the possibility that by asking, this consciousness will respond to you.

And your Stargate, which is vibrating at the seventh dimension, radiates these seventh dimensional energies. And as you relax, these energies actually start to vibrate the physical body,

and they actually start to vibrate you at the level of your DNA. And so, beloved ones, relaxing and allowing. Nothing to do. Some of you might even sense this gentle energy.

Just feeling so in the body, relaxed, just receiving the energies from your etheric Stargate. Very good. And

as you relax, slowly, slowly, your vibration will gently rise until you are vibrating in harmony with the frequencies around you. It is that simple, it is that easy.

It is not something you do, just by relaxing and allowing. Relaxing and allowing. Very good.

So now we continue to vibrate all the etheric Stargates faster and faster, moving up out of the seventh dimension, moving through the eighth dimensional frequencies, and continuing up through the ninth

Into the frequencies of the tenth dimension, still vibrating your Stargate faster and faster. Into the 11th now, and merging into the 12th dimension, where again we ask the Stargates to pause.

So now your etheric Stargate is vibrating at the 12th dimension of frequencies. So we ask each one of you to ask inside for a strong 12th dimensional energy field in your etheric Stargate.

And again, just asking, wanting to have that experience, wanting to feel the gentle energies of the 12th dimension.

So we are calling for strong 12th dimensional energy in all the etheric Stargates around the world. And relaxing into this field.

And again, slowly, slowly, your own energy will gently rise without any effort at all.

Just by relaxing into this field, your energy will gently rise and harmonize with the field around you. Nothing to do, just the relaxation. Just the relaxation.

It is almost like when you slip into a hot bath. Slowly, slowly the body gets warm, and slowly, slowly your temperature and the temperature of the water is the same. It is the same with these energies.

Just by relaxing, your energy field starts to vibrate at the 12th dimension effortlessly. Not trying, just relaxing and allowing.

And as you vibrate in this higher frequency, you become more available, more sensitive to the frequencies and the presence of the guides.

And so in this short example, we are going to invite some of the guides to come into this meditation.

And we usually start by inviting the angelic realm, because everyone is familiar with the angels or the concept of the angelic.

And so we ask each one of you to ask inside again with a strong intention, wanting to feel the presence of the angels. So just asking inside for the presence of the angelic realm.

We call for the presence of the angels, and just feel. Here they come, and you might sense just a gentle shift in the energy field around you. Just feel, just allow.

Very good. And the angels and their presence is gently vibrating you right now. Again, nothing to do, just being open and receptive.

Just sensing however you sense the presence of the angels. Very good. And now we are going to ask for the Elohim Council.

They are a group of angels who oversee the Stargate work. So we ask each one of you now just to ask inside for the presence of the Elohim Council.

We call for the presence of the Elohim Council of angels. And again, just another gentle energy coming into your etheric Stargate, the Elohim.

And now, beloved ones, the Elohim can assist each one of us in dissolving limiting programs that no longer serve us.

And so if you wish to ask for this assistance, you can do now. Just saying to the Elohim, "Please assist me in releasing unconscious programs that are no longer serving me." And just

asking with a feeling, with strong intent, and just allowing for the possibility that they can assist you in dissolving some of these limitations. Mm, very good.

And now let us invite some of the ascended masters to get a feel of their presence, of their willingness to simply respond to each and every one of us.

And so we are going to start by inviting the one whom we call the Blessed Mother. This is Mary, Maria, mother of this one, Jesus or Yeshua.

And so again, we ask you just to ask inside for the presence of the Blessed Mother Mary, Maria. We call for the presence of the Blessed Mother, and just feel.

Here she comes. She brings her energy gently, and then it gets a little stronger. You can invite her to come closer, if you will. Come closer.

You can even invite her to merge her energy with yours if you wish. The divine motherly energy, the divine feminine

Feeling her presence and simply relaxing into this loving energy. Nothing to do. Nothing to do. Nothing to do. Very good.

And now we are going to invite the presence of the divine masculine, the one known as the Buddha. And so each one of you now just inviting the presence of Lord Buddha.

We call for the presence of Gautama the Buddha. And feel, for he is bringing his energy now, a divine masculine energy, coming into your etheric stargate,

joining the Blessed Mother and the angels, creating a stronger field of enlightened energies around you. Just relaxing into this energetic field.

Another master wishing to join us, for her presence is of great value at this time, for she brings the energy of compassion, and she is the one known as Quan Yin.

So we ask each one of you to invite the presence of Quan Yin. We call for the presence of Quan Yin. And just feel, here she comes,

Quan Yin, coming closer, getting stronger. Again, joining the field, bringing her frequencies of love and compassion into your stargate, strengthening the field. Very good.

to a taste of some of the star families, those communities around your universe who have become enlightened as a whole race,

and they are available to assist humanity in this awakening process that you are moving through right now, for humanity is in the process of awakening. Humanity is in the process of great change.

From the chaos in your world, so much beauty is about to evolve, and the star families are available to assist. And so we ask each one of you now to invite the presence

of the Pleiadians, who are very connected in many ways to humanity. So we call for the presence of the Pleiadians. And just feel, here they come.

They come in their light bodies. They bring their energies into your etheric stargate, joining these masters and the angels, the Pleiadians. Yes. Very good.

Very good. The Arcturians now wishing to be acknowledged and invited. So we call for the presence of the Arcturians. And just feel, here they come.

Again, they come in their light bodies. They bring their energy. They join the masters, the angels, the Pleiadians, and they create an even stronger energetic in your etheric stargate.

Relaxing into this field, relaxing into this energetic of enlightenment. It is all around you. It is vibrating you at a cellular level. Yes.

And so let us all invite and be open to the possibility if you are not knowing them, but each one of you now inviting the presence of the unicorns.

And so we call for the presence of the unicorns. And again, just feel, allowing for the possibility these beings exist. They simply exist in a different realm.

They have been known to humanity for hundreds of your years. And now, as awakening happens, remembrance of these beautiful beings will be occurring to more and more of you.

So you are now in this energetic field. It's vibrating you. It's vibrating you to a very deep cellular level.

Your very DNA is being vibrated, and for some of you, parts of your DNA are being reactivated. Mm. There is so much more we could say about this.

But right now, we are going to gently bring this meditation to a close. Very gently, just feeling the vibration in your body. Noticing it. Acknowledging it.

Just saying to yourself, "Yes, I can feel that." Because when you acknowledge it, you are telling your subconscious, "I want to feel this more. I want to connect to these energies more." Okay?

And so now just being aware of your body, feeling yourself in the body, and then very gently when you are ready, allowing the eyes to come open, and gently coming all the way back.

Yes, Anika is saying, "That was so strong." The beauty of this energy is that the more you move with it, the deeper it goes, and the greater the transformation that is happening.

Jen is saying, "I'm feeling a little bit lightheaded." Just feel the body and just gently, slowly allowing yourself to come fully back. Just come gently back, Jen. Don't be in a rush. Yeah.

It was life-changing. Ah. I got waves of goosebumps, goosebump energies when the unicorns came.

Well, a couple of people saying they felt the unicorns. There's so many different realms. The dragon realm comes in very often. The merpeople come in. There's the fairies, the fae. So many different beings are available.

With the Stargate we work a lot with the galactic command.

The galactic command very often bring energies into a meditation which support and elevate our processes of change of the body, emotional changes, mental changes.

It's a delight, and the thing about the Stargate is that it's an opportunity. Nothing is done to you. You're creating a field, and then in that field, if you relax and allow, change happens.

Now, one might say, why can't we just live a happy life all together hand in hand and understand that we are all one collective and that we are here to grow together?

And maybe another voice might say, well, this is the way you're going to learn that you are together.

This is the way that you're going to understand that through the challenge there is an opportunity of growth and expansion and learning as a consciousness, understanding that we are not individually just separate and living our lives alone, but we are a collective.

We are a collective that momentarily delivers the illusion of separation so that we can have the experience of individualized life

from which we learn to see that we are actually one. This journey of understanding our oneness comes sometimes through the challenges that we

see and witness in ourselves and within humanity.

We could always choose in the face of challenges to go deep into emotions, to go into a place of sadness, to go into a place of anger, to go into a place of despair, to go into a journey of,

why? The question, why is this happening? And while this is your completely,

you know, self-chosen and free-willed right to choose any journey you might like, including the entire rollercoaster of emotions, there is potentially a bigger and a higher level path for all of us.

That is discovering what is beyond the operations of the mind. Like, what is beyond the thoughts that we have when we are challenged?

What is beyond the emotions that we-- when we feel these deep emotions, these deep passions? What is the voice, the message of our souls?

What is the intrinsic connection to the entire human collective that wants to speak through us? And that is a discovery journey. It's a journey of

self-realization. It's a journey of discovering the depths that we hold within us. Now, there is many pathways to get to that place of depth, to this path of discovery.

There is breathwork, and there is meditations, and there is yoga, and there is silence, and there is nutritional adjustments, and there is many different pathways.

Many different lineages have created these bridges to higher consciousness. And I'm not here to say one pathway is better than the other

because they all these pathways, they serve as bridges for us to evolve and to grow. Ultimately, it is always your choice to pick a pathway and to walk that path

of evolution until maybe it is no longer resonant and you're ready for a new path. And each path serves a purpose, even the most challenging paths, even the most emotional paths.

These bridges that we establish to higher planes of consciousness allow us to go into a state of non-duality. Now, what does that mean?

It does not mean we're indifferent about what is happening here in this dualistic form that we have. It just means we bring a great perspective into our lives, a great perspective into life itself.

A perspective of non-duality that complements our dualistic experience of the human form. And what benefits does this non-dualistic perspective bring?

What it allows us to hold other humans in a greater light no matter how we would judge them,

no matter how our thoughts would bring certain opinions about them, no matter how our emotions would feel about a person or a specific group of individuals.

This non-dual perspective embraces everyone as part of the great design of human consciousness. Everyone has a purpose of being alive.

Everyone's life experience, everyone's individualized

challenges and learnings serve a great purpose because they learn on their path to facing these challenges, and as a result of the individual's learning, the collective learns.

Now you would say, "Well, I learned, I learned so many lessons in my life. How come there is still war in this world?

Well, I have understood that I am one with my neighbor, but still so many neighbors are fighting with each other.

I have a great relationship with my partner and my children, but so many people don't have great relationships with their partners. If the collective learns, how come some people have not seemingly learned yet

or are not living it?" Well, sometimes these learnings of the collective take some time to trickle down to everyone.

And trickling down means it comes down from the spiritual energetic makeup, the spiritual energetic construct to the mental, to the emotional, and then to the physical.

The physical being the most dense of our energetic experience. And very often, this learning of the collective comes into this world as some of the new souls that are being born.

Right? Have some of you experienced these new star children, these highly evolved Buddhas in little human bodies? Yes? [laughs]I have, and it's magnificent. And some people say, "Oh my God, they have ADHD.

Oh no, they're autistic. Oh no, they're sitting on their devices all day long." Well,

maybe we haven't given them the right environment and the right construct to fully express their genius and their full Buddhahood that they're bringing to us.

So holding space for this new generation of consciousness alive is also one of our duties. At le- at least that's the way I see it. Now humanity is going through this evolutionary process.

You have lived a human life through different generations, through different phases of human experience.

And in each of these phases, there were certain societal constructs that came with a specific set of rules, a specific set of conditioning.

And when this conditioning shifted, society shifted, and the individuals adjusted themselves. But what happens when an individual evolves and grows and the societal construct hasn't adjusted yet?

Well, you might feel a friction between what the state of your being is to the state of the world and the state of society. Has anyone experienced that? Yes.

And it may even seem inconceivable to live in this reality that society is providing and offering

because you feel so different inside and how do you bring this different you into this world that seemingly is blind and deaf?

When you want to talk to your friends about the spiritual experiences you're having or these non-dual states that you're reaching and all they wanna talk about is the latest TV show or what's on sale at the store.

[sighs] And that is a protective mechanism. There's nothing wrong with it. It is a protective mechanism.

The mind and the heart of some individuals aren't yet ready to be in a place of silence, in a place of listening to something much deeper within.

Now some people ask me, "Well, if I sit in my home on my pillow and I meditate and I try to come to these non-dualistic states, how is that really going to help the world? There are people that are homeless.

There are people that are struggling with work and career and finances. There is wars going on and the leaders of this world are seemingly completely nuts.

How is me meditating at home going to make a difference? How is me connecting to higher realms going to make a difference?"

Well, the guides that I work with, they say this transformational process of humanity starts with the individual. We can't be looking outside for change to happen and then say, "Oh, great. Change is happening.

Now I'm gonna participate in the change."

It's really a process from within and really trusting that when you start to find deeper peace within, when you start to face the duality within yourself, the duality outside of us will start to adjust

and it will first start from you to your loved ones. From first within you yourself, your relationship to yourself, your relationship to this earth, and then your relationship to your immediate individuals around you.

They may or may not be around. They may or may not be ready for it. They may think you're have lost your mind [laughs].

They may think, "Well, I don't really understand what you're talking about, but I like you, so I'm gonna stick around." And that's also okay because your presence and the peace that you found brings them

a certain type of love that they have forgotten exists. It's the love of creation. It's an unconditional love. Have you been around an individual that holds this unconditional love?

Have you ever felt the level of peace that someone brings to you when you're in their presence? Yes, and maybe some people have reflected to you that you do that for them, right?

And I believe that just alone being that way, being in such a deep presence of love that you can listen and hear and see with the eyes of the universe

and that in itself is a transformative way of being. Maybe the greatest gift of transformation is through being and not just through doing.

Of course, we'll have to take actions to shape our world, our physical world But maybe before the action comes a way of being that's the foundation for all actions.

Do you know what I mean? [chuckles] Yes. So this love of creation that we hold so deeply,

that holds us so deeply in our existence, is present at all times in everything. Even the most lifeless-- seemingly lifeless, uh, elements of this physical reality are

derived from this love of creation. It permeates through all of existence. All forms of consciousness, including these higher planes of consciousness, are held and fueled, nourished by this love of creation.

So if we are interconnected with this fabric of love, and if we become aware, if we to- truly embrace and receive that love of creation,

everything is possible. Truly everything is possible. So in this journey of evolution that we are going through,

learning to embrace more of this non-dual aspects of our being into presence, being able to truly receive and transmit that love of creation makes us individuals

what the guides call pillars of light. A pillar of light in human form. A pillar of light that others can look to when they are in challenge.

A pillar of light that others can lean on when seemingly they can't rely on anything else. A pillar of light that will listen and see them in the ways they have never been listened to or seen.

Have you ever been truly seen by another human being? Do you know the feeling of being truly seen? Isn't that the most beautiful thing?

No matter if you are pretty and dolled up on one day, or you look miserable the other day, but you're seen with these eyes that have sheerly no judgment but pure love for you.

And no matter if one day you're speaking the most beautiful words and the other day all you do is complain about life, you're all heard and listened to with a great love and great compassion. Isn't that a gift?

Another human being capable of holding you with everything that you are, that no aspect of you carries any longer any shame or guilt.

Everything of you, everything that you are is held. We can be that.

And I know that at moments and times you find yourself that you are actually capable of doing that, and maybe some days not so much.

But what if we c- through continuous practice could actually hold that way of being at all times? What if thousands of people bring that kind of presence and being into humanity?

What if in the most challenged parts of this world there are pillars of light that are holding a frequency of presence that can change how we do everything?

How we live life, how we see others, how we think and how we feel, how we take care of ourselves, how we take care of others, and how we take care of this earth. Everything is affected by this way of being.

Therefore, the many realizations you have and you will have serve your evolution to become a conscious creator of your own.

we all have this experience where we are pulled into this duality of the human form,

especially when it really resonates with something deep inside of us, an aspect of our being that we haven't fully resolved ourselves yet.

Maybe there is something being triggered from inside based on something that's happening outside. Those are the hardest ones to step away from or step above and, and see from a higher perspective.

So in those moments, this is the opportunity. We have tools, we have communities, we have energetic guides that are present for us.

Where we are in those moments of true challenge, we go to these tools so that we are supported through the challenge.

It's not just the way about, you know, how can I find the best way to step away from this or get away from it, but it's also how can I alchemize and transmute it within my being?

Because clearly something inside of me is resonating, otherwise it wouldn't get under my skin, right? That's the way I look at it sometimes. I'm like, "Wow, that really got under my skin. I got some more work to do."

And so as we do this-... this work inside, then we are less and less triggered and pulled into these dualistic streams and we can easier hold this higher vibration and higher frequency.

And then you can look at some of these dualistic games that are playing out in human form and you can say, "Well, I don't wanna play in this one anymore," or, "This doesn't feel resonant, so it's not my game to play."

Is it possible for there to be a physical entity inside of me that is blocking the change? Because I, because it's so... I almost feel that I'm psycho something, two different people completely. Mm-hmm.

Like, it may seem like I'm, I'm, I'm separate, but you know, there is more foreign, you know, cells and beings in the human form than there is human cells.

It's like, you know, trillions of different types of things are interacting and like keeping us alive and where we are.

Now, aside from this, you know, fun fact, there is very often we carry the energies of our ancestors and our lineages with us and we carry many, many elements of

untransmuted, untransformed aspects of humanity with us, and even past lives.

So these elements sometimes are so deeply rooted in our being and when we do this kind of work and we start to get into these high vibrational states, these roots become somehow even stronger and this, this

s- this inside of us seems like, wow, there is something resisting this trying to get into a higher vibration. What, what is this part of me? Like, is that even me? And I would say to some degree it is you.

Like, let's, let's put aside, you know, foreign energies, entities and all of that. That's a whole nother like chapter and department maybe for another hour. But

just alone the idea that there is an aspect of our being that hasn't fully transmuted and is being inflamed by the rising of your consciousness to a higher frequency.

Now, you will say, well, that's really challenging. I'm not sure if I... how long I can do this and, and how, how can... how I can ov- overcome this. But I'd say it's a bit like going to,

going to the gym, you know, going to exercise, going for a walk the first time after a very long time. It's not like very easy. Your body's like, "Oh, what are you doing to me? This is not good for me." Right?

But innately you know that this is good for you and your body will come to adjust and come to love it and, and you'll see that the more you get into these states with this type of community, with these type of individuals holding this energetic field of love, even those deeply rooted elements of your being will transform.
