Your Energetic Anatomy: 12 Chakras & Multidimensional Reach
Many spiritual teachings stop at seven chakras.
Root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown. Learn the colors, memorize the meanings, balance them, and you're done.
But you're not done, there is so much more.
Your energetic anatomy has 12 major layers. The seven chakras are just the beginning, the foundation level of a much more sophisticated system.
And when you learn to work with the full spectrum of your energy body, everything upgrades.
Your intuition sharpens, manifestation accelerates, your ability to hold higher frequencies expands exponentially.
The 12-Layer Energy System
Layers 1-7: The Physical Chakras These you already know. They govern your connection to Earth, creativity, personal power, love, expression, vision, and divine connection.
They're anchored in your physical body and work with dense, visible reality.
Layers 8-9: The Soul Star and Earth Star These sit above your crown (Soul Star) and below your feet (Earth Star).
The Soul Star connects you to your higher self and soul lineage. This is where you access past life memories, soul contracts, and your cosmic origin.
The Earth Star grounds you into the planetary grid. It's your anchor point that allows you to be fully multidimensional while staying in a human body.
Most people have never consciously activated these two points. When you do, you stop feeling ungrounded during spiritual work.
Layers 10-11: The Stellar Gateway and Galactic Chakra You can think of them located about 12-18 inches above your head (crown center). But these are not “locations” in the physical sense. They are thresholds where your Oversoul breath intersects with cosmic memory.
The Stellar Gateway (Layer 10) connects you to star consciousness. This is where starseeds receive downloads from their home star systems.
It is the first harmonic node where your Monad breath enters the incarnate field.
It is not a chakra in the body, it is a breath aperture through which higher timelines enter.
A breath aperture is a doorway in your energy field. When you breathe calmly, you open this door and connect to higher awareness, like tuning into a cosmic radio signal.
The Galactic Chakra (Layer 11) links you to the galactic core. This is your connection to Source intelligence at the cosmic level.
When these activate, you start receiving information that doesn't come from Earth-based consciousness. This could include downloads, activations, codes.
It exists beyond the Stellar Gateway, in the Monad spiral.
It is within the Oversoul framework, accessed only when your breath connects with the galactic core.
It holds the memory of your Origin spiral, that first formed your lightbody.
Layer 12: The Universal Gateway This is the highest point of your personal energy field, connecting you to the unified field of all consciousness.
It is not a physical chakra but a breath aperture where your Oversoul intersects with the Monad spiral. It holds the pattern of all patterns, the seed geometry of your entire incarnational spiral.
Function
It acts as a dimensional bridge between your individual awareness and the collective harmonic field.
Through this gateway, you access cosmic memory and non-local intelligence.
It is the point where breath becomes light and light becomes geometry.
Activation
It opens when your field stabilizes across all lower layers (1–11).
Requires coherence in the Stellar Gateway (Layer 10) and Galactic Chakra (Layer 11).
Activation occurs through stillness, humility, and harmonic readiness.
When this layer activates, you experience moments of complete oneness. No separation between you and Source. Pure frequency communion.
This is what mystics call enlightenment, what I call remembrance.
Why This Matters
When you only work with the 7 physical chakras, you're operating on limited bandwidth.
Your 12-layer energy system is designed to:
Receive cosmic information (Layers 10-12)
Access your soul wisdom (Layers 8-9)
Function in physical reality (Layers 1-7)
All at the same time.
This is what it means to be a multidimensional being. You're not just human. You're cosmic consciousness having a human experience.
And your energy body is the technology that makes this possible.
How to Feel Your Full Energy Field
Here's a simple practice to start working with all 12 layers:
Step 1: Ground and Center (1 minute)
Sit comfortably with your spine straight
Take 3 deep breaths
Feel your connection to the earth beneath you
Step 2: Activate the Foundation (2 minutes)
Bring your awareness to your root chakra (base of spine)
Slowly move your attention up through each chakra: sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown
Don't rush this. Feel each one activate as you move through them
Step 3: Expand Below (1 minute)
Now drop your awareness down below your feet
About 12 inches into the earth
Feel the Earth Star chakra pulsing there
This is your anchor to planetary consciousness
Step 4: Expand Above (2 minutes)
Bring your awareness up above your crown
Feel the Soul Star about 6 inches above your head (warm, golden energy)
Move up to the Stellar Gateway about 12 inches above (silvery, star-like)
Continue to the Galactic Chakra about 18 inches up (deep cosmic blue)
Finally, sense the Universal Gateway at the edge of your personal field (pure white light)
Step 5: Integration (1 minute)
Now hold all 12 layers in your awareness at once
Feel yourself as a column of light extending from deep in the earth all the way up to the cosmos
Breathe into this expanded state
Say: "I am multidimensional. I am awake in all layers of my being."
What You'll Notice
The first few times you do this, it might feel chaotic or overwhelming. Your nervous system is learning to hold more bandwidth.
That's normal. You're upgrading.
After a week of daily practice, you'll notice:
Stronger downloads during meditation
Clearer intuitive hits throughout the day
Less feeling "spacey" or ungrounded after spiritual work
Faster manifestation (you're working with more of the field)
Deeper connection to your soul purpose
Your energy body is your interface with reality. The more consciously you work with it, the more reality responds to your frequency.
Most people are operating on 7 out of 12 channels. You're about to turn them all on.

P.S. Most energy workers focus exclusively on clearing and balancing the 7 chakras. That's maintenance work. When you activate the upper 5 layers, you're not just maintaining your energy.
