Today- Friday, March 20 is the Spring Equinox, and this one is unique.

The equinox represents balance, when day and night are equal in length, when the Earth pauses between light and dark before tipping into the next season.

This year the equinox is landing during a massive solar activation cycle, and the two energies together are creating a portal that won't be available again for years.

And your Council is using this portal to reach you more clearly.

You're not doing this awakening journey alone.

You have an entire team of beings working with you behind the scenes, guiding you, supporting you, sending you frequencies and downloads and synchronicities to help you remember who you are and why you're here.

This team is called your Council.

Your Council is made up of guides, ancestors, star family, ascended masters, angels, and aspects of your own higher self from other timelines and dimensions.

They've been with you since before you incarnated. They helped you plan this lifetime. They know your soul contracts, your mission, your gifts.

And they're always transmitting guidance to you.

The problem is, most of the time we're too busy, too stressed, too caught up in 3D reality to hear them clearly.

The Spring Equinox comes with an opportunity.

The equinox represents equilibrium, the meeting point where opposites stop opposing and start collaborating.

Light and dark. Spirit and matter. Your human self and your cosmic self.

The sun is emitting frequencies that are activating dormant codes in our DNA, frequencies that are making the veil between dimensions thinner.

When these two events overlap, when the solar activation meets the equinox balance point, it creates a window where communication with your Council becomes clearer than usual.

What's been hard to hear becomes clear. What's been subtle becomes undeniable.

This is why so many of us have been feeling the push-pull lately, the oscillation between high frequency bliss and deep integration work, between expansion and contraction.

Your Council is working with you to find your new equilibrium point.

And the equinox is offering you the frequencies you need to land there.

Here's what to do today:

Find a moment, even just five minutes, to be completely still.

Not meditating or journaling, not DOing anything.

Just BEing present with whatever is moving through you in that moment, without trying to change it, fix it or transcend it.

Then speak to your Council directly:

"I'm ready to hear you more clearly. I'm ready to receive your guidance. Show me what I need to know right now."

Then just listen.

The guidance might come as words, images, feelings, knowing. It might come as a memory, a song, a sudden clarity about something you've been confused about.

However it comes, trust it.

Your Council has been waiting for you to ask.

The equinox doesn't ask you to choose light over dark, spirit over matter, your human self over your cosmic self.

It asks you to hold both and let them balance each other.

If you're feeling shadow or exhaustion or doubt, let it be there alongside the light, alongside your activation and your knowing.

The integration happens in the holding of both, not in the choosing of one.

Once you've sat with that balance for a few minutes, ask this question:

"What wants to come through me now that I'm no longer fighting against myself?"

Listen and allow the answer to emerge.

Your Council will respond.

And the frequency of this day will be available to you all year.

You can come back to it any time you need to remember how to hear your Council clearly, how to hold opposites without collapsing into one or the other.

You can anchor into it when you feel fragmented and need to find your center again.

This is a gift. Receive it.

Your Council is real. They're with you. They're transmitting constantly.

The equinox is just making it easier to hear them.
