Have you ever dreamed of being somewhere completely different than the earth and woken up knowing you had been there before?

Perhaps it wasn’t in this lifetime or this body. You recognized the beings around you. You understood how to communicate without speaking. You moved through a ship, a healing chamber, a council room, or an otherworldly landscape and you knew your way around. Then you woke with a feeling in your chest…

I know that place.

Dreams can reconnect you with galactic relationships and experiences held within your soul memory, and they have a different quality than ordinary dreams. The colors are more vivid, the environment feels real, the beings you meet have distinct personalities. The experience continues to influence your emotions and your energy field long after you open your eyes.

You might also wake up with unusual physical sensations. You may feel new energy moving through your body or there may be warmth or pressure in your heart center. Your crown could be tingling and you might start hearing tones or ringing in your ears. You could also be hit by a wave of love, or grief, or recognition so strong it catches you off guard. Many people feel a longing to go back after an dream of this nature.

Galactic memories often return in pieces. Over time the fragments begin to form coherent memories, an ongoing relationship with a place that part of your soul has never left.

If you have had these dreams and want more of them, or if you don’t remember having these types of dreams but you would like to, the following practice can trigger galactic dreams.

Before you go to sleep, place one hand over your heart and say aloud:

"I invite galactic memories aligned with Divine love, truth, and my highest path to connect with me. Help me remember everything I am ready to receive."

Keep a journal beside your bed and write down everything as soon as you wake up, before your logical mind takes over. Write down all of your memories and impressions- every color, emotion, symbol, and sensation you remember.
