The timeline you experience as here and now is responding to the frequency you embody. As your inner state of being changes, you become compatible with different versions of reality. Your physical life will reorganize around that new energetic relationship.

This is how you do it…

Consider and plan out the reality you want to enter and imagine yourself in a scene in that life. Experience it from within the body of the person who is already there. Instead of watching yourself as a character, inhabit the consciousness of yourself in that place and time.

Feel the inner experience of the desired version of yourself. Stay with that feeling and get in touch with the identity, the character, and the energy of that “you” until it feels familiar enough for your nervous system to hold.

Then bring the shift into your current life by making choices from your desired identity.

Choose the words, behaviors, and actions that the version of you within the other timeline would make. Your intentional actions and choices anchor the new frequency creating a point of contact between your present life and the reality you are ready to experience.

As you practice this, the timeline shift becomes more tangible because you are giving it a way to exist within your body and a path to express itself through your choices.

You create an intentional timeline shift when you are able to translate the reality you desire into a frequency you can embody now.
