Lance's bodywork will clear what your body has been holding, the physical tension, the stored trauma, the compensation patterns that have been limiting how you move and feel and show up in your life. When that clears, Waxela brings the frequency work, consciousness practices and integration tools that teach your body and your energetic field how to embody your new state so it holds when daily life resumes.
