
This 5-minute practice unlocked her clairvoyance in 2 weeks

Aloha Beautiful Soul,
I promised you a practice that activates clairvoyance, and I'm going to deliver it right now.
But first, let me tell you about Laura.
Laura came to me frustrated. She'd been meditating for years. She could feel energy, sense shifts in a room, sometimes she knew things before they happened. But she couldn't SEE.
"I want to have inner vision," she told me. "I want to actually see the energy I know is there."
I gave her this practice. Five minutes a day, nothing more.
Two weeks later, she texted me: "I saw my first aura today. Clear as day around my daughter's head while she was laughing!"
Three weeks after that, she was seeing energy fields around everyone she met.
Here's what I told her, and what I'm telling you now: Clairvoyance isn't a special gift reserved for the chosen few. It's a natural capacity that got shut down.
Usually in childhood. When adults told you "that's just your imagination" or "there's nothing there" or "stop making things up."

The 5-Minute Third Eye Activation Practice
Do this once a day for 2 weeks. Same time, same place if possible.
Step 1: Prepare Your Space (30 seconds)
Sit comfortably in low light (not total darkness)
Close your eyes
Take 3 deep breaths
Step 2: Locate Your Third Eye (1 minute)
Place your fingertips on the space between your eyebrows
Breathe into this point
Imagine a small sphere of indigo light forming behind your forehead
Keep breathing into it until you can feel warmth or tingling
Step 3: Speak the Activation (1 minute)
Remove your fingers
Say aloud: "I activate my inner sight. I remember how to see. I am safe to witness what is here."
Repeat 3 times
Feel the vibration of your voice activating the pineal gland
Step 4: The Visualization (2 minutes)
Keep your eyes closed
Imagine the indigo sphere beginning to spin
As it spins, it creates a beam of light that shoots out from your forehead
This beam is your clairvoyant vision extending outward
See it scanning the room around you, even with your eyes closed
Notice any colors, shapes, or impressions that come through
Step 5: Integration (30 seconds)
Place your hand over your heart
Say: "I trust what I see. I trust what I know."
Take 3 deep breaths
When you're ready, open your eyes
What to Expect:
Days 1-3: You might not "see" anything. You're building the pathway. Keep going.
Days 4-7: You'll start getting flashes. Colors behind your eyelids. Shapes in your peripheral vision. This is good.
Days 8-14: The images become clearer. You might see auras, energy fields, or receive visual information during meditation.
Week 3+: Clairvoyance starts happening spontaneously. You'll see energy around people, plants, animals. It becomes natural.
Important Notes:
This practice works by speaking directly to your nervous system. The words you speak create a vibration that signals to your pineal gland that it's safe to activate.
Most people try to force clairvoyance through intense meditation or mental effort. That actually creates more resistance.
This practice works because you're not forcing anything. You're simply remembering a capacity you've always had.
If you don't see results in 2 weeks, you may be:
Not doing it daily (consistency is everything)
Trying too hard (let it be easy)
Judging what comes through (trust what you receive)
