In order to fully be expressed, your psychic abilities need safety, clarity, and grounding.

These words activate your spiritual gifts. Say them out loud to boost your intuition and trust in what you are receiving:

“It is safe for my spiritual gifts to awaken, strengthen, and become clear.”

“I honor the knowing within me and allow it to guide my choices.”

“I receive spiritual information clearly, accurately, and in ways I can understand.”

As you speak, place one hand over your heart and one over your lower abdomen. Breathe slowly until your body feels settled.

From that grounded place, ask one clear question.

Notice the first image, word, sensation, or knowing that comes to you. Allow your imagination to give the information form.

Discernment develops through observation.

Intuition often feels calm and direct. Fear tends to repeat itself, demand immediate action, or create emotional urgency. The more you record your impressions and observe what proves accurate over time, the easier it becomes to recognize your own internal spiritual language.

Your gifts are strengthened through practice, integrity, and service.

They become more powerful when you bring them into the physical world in a way that offers healing, clarity, encouragement, or practical support.

Your light is not meant to be shared.
