Your body is the receiver of spiritual information, electrical information, and multidimensional frequency. It is your vehicle and your feedback system simultaneously. This is why two people can do the same spiritual practice and have completely different results. One person’s body is clear and receptive. The other is working through layers of stored density that the practice alone cannot move. The practice is real. The intention is genuine. But if your body has too much stored density, how can it hold a transformation or a higher frequency?
The pineal gland activating, the nervous system regulating, heart brain coherence… these are physiological realities that can be trained to function at their highest capacity, taking us into multidimensional experiences and greater levels of spiritual sensitivity and perception.
When a body is carrying density, chronic tension, unprocessed trauma, or heavy stored emotional patterns, our high frequency systems are constantly coming up against resistance. Clearing that resistance is the foundation of ascension work.
Most spiritual paths address the mind, the energy, the beliefs, and the frequency. These are real and important layers. The body is often the last to be included, and it is where old patterns are most deeply anchored.
There is a reason the terms "woo woo" and "airy fairy" exist. They describe a quality of “spiritual people” who often float above or outside their body. This prevents insights from becoming embodied wisdom This is when spiritual work is done at a mental and emotional level, but it is not anchored into the physical layers of the body.
This is a form of spiritual bypassing. Many people come to spirituality with past traumas that make their body feel unsafe or painful. The spiritual path offers some relief, expansion, a way to rise above what feels so heavy.
Spiritual embodiment requires the courage to bring the spiritual work all the way into the physical, to resolve what has been stored in the tissue and finally feel at home in your body.
When that happens, the “airy-fairy” quality dissolves. Your spiritual knowing becomes grounded, relatable, and real.
Your body is your unique vehicle through which spiritual expansion becomes your lived reality rather than conceptual ideas. When it is clear, regulated, and free from trauma, the spiritual knowing you have been carrying finally has a place to ground and anchor.
This is the thread that runs through all of my teachings. The body is the beginning and the end of the work in this lifetime. When it is included fully, all of your years of mental and energetic work are realized- physically.
This is where it all comes together:
Your manifestations land in physical form
Your intuition becomes reliable and clear
Your body stops working against you
Relationships reflect your true value
Energy stops leaking through your old wounds
Spiritual knowing becomes embodied wisdom
Your nervous system finally feels safe and you can relax
