Aloha Beautiful Soul,

I have been reflecting on something lately that has profound implications for transformation.

Most people try to change their lives by changing their circumstances. They focus on getting the relationship, the business, the money, the healing, the opportunity, or the breakthrough. They hustle for the outcome and assume their internal state will follow.

What if it works the other way around?

What if your circumstances are responding to the state of your being?

One of the most fascinating things about the human nervous system is that it is constantly aligning with what it believes is normal. Your body is always seeking familiarity. And familiarity, to the nervous system, is safety.

This is why people sabotage opportunities, relationships, and abundance without realizing it. Those experiences are not yet familiar to their system. The old identity feels safer than the new possibility. Your body does not care whether the familiar pattern is empowering or limiting. It simply recognizes it as home.

Transformation is about becoming familiar with a new way of being.

When you repeatedly embody a new state, your nervous system begins to accept it. Your body relaxes into it. Your subconscious stops resisting it. Your energy reorganizes around it. Eventually what once felt impossible begins to feel normal. And once something feels normal, it becomes sustainable.

This is where most manifestation teachings stop short. They focus on excitement and heightened emotion as the signal. The real shift happens when your desired reality becomes so familiar that you stop chasing it. You stop wondering when it will happen. You stop looking for evidence. You stop trying to convince yourself. You simply live from it.

The practice I call remembering takes this even further.

Rather than reaching toward a future outcome, you remember it as something that already happened. You inhabit the version of yourself who received it a month ago and has already adjusted to having it. Think about a new car after three months. A relationship after six months. A job after a year. The butterflies are long gone. It is simply yours. Unremarkably, naturally, completely yours.

That ordinary settled feeling is the state that collapses the gap between where you are and what you are calling in. Not the excitement of almost having it. The normalcy of already having it.

The version of you who is already thriving is not obsessing over whether or when it will happen. That version is already living it. Already used to it.

This is the deeper meaning of embodiment. Teaching your body, your subconscious, and your nervous system that a new frequency and a new reality are safe to inhabit. When every layer of your being accepts a new possibility as normal, your life begins to reorganize around it.

Become so familiar with your highest expression that it finally feels like home.

And watch the miracles happen, as if it was your destiny.

P.S. .I’m bringing this practice into a structured daily experience, a way to make the returning easier, faster, and more anchored in your body. More on that very soon.

We are also doing this work at The UPGRADE Retreat in Sarasota on July 18.
