You can access the cosmos and still pay your bills on time
Aloha Beautiful Soul,
Here's the part no one talks about:
Waking up spiritually is beautiful. It's also disorienting.
One moment you're channeling light codes from the Pleiades. The next moment you're arguing with your internet provider.
One moment you're having a mystical experience in meditation. Later that day you're stuck in traffic wondering if any of it was even real.
This is what it means to live between worlds.
You're multidimensional. You always have been. But now you're aware of it.
And that awareness creates a tension.
Because you still have to exist here. In 3D. Where bills are due and people don't understand why you're talking about frequency and DNA activation.
Most spiritual seekers make one of two mistakes:
Mistake #1: They abandon the physical world entirely.
They float off into the ethers. They can't hold down a job. They struggle with money because "it's just an illusion anyway." They lose friends because the old friends are tired of hearing about their astral travels at brunch.
This is spiritual bypassing. And it doesn't work.
Mistake #2: They close themselves off completely.
The 3D world feels too heavy, so they shut down their gifts. They stop meditating. They convince themselves it was all in their head. They go back to sleep.
This doesn't work either. Once you're awake, you can't truly un-know what you’ve remembered.
The solution? Learn to navigate both.
You are a multidimensional being having a human experience. Not one or the other. Both.
Your spiritual gifts don't make you less human. Your humanity doesn't make you less divine.
The goal isn't to transcend this reality. The goal is to embody your divinity here.
Here's how I learned to live between worlds:
1. Anchor in the light
Every morning, I sungaze as the sun rises.
I stand barefoot on the earth, facing the rising sun, and let that pure light pour into my eyes, my hands, my brain, my entire being.
This is ancient technology. Our ancestors knew the sun was transmitting light codes. Activating DNA. Recalibrating our entire system to the rhythm of the cosmos.
Sungazing tells my body: "You are light. You are frequency. You belong to both earth and sky."
It grounds me in the physical (bare feet on soil) while opening me to the celestial (absorbing solar codes).
When I start my day like this, I can access any dimension I want in meditation because I'm already bridging both realities.
Then I can travel as far as I want, knowing I'm anchored in both.
2. Create sacred space, not schedules
I don't force my mystical experiences into a calendar. I follow the call.
But I do make sure I have sacred space ready when spirit calls.
I have an altar. A meditation cushion. Crystals and ALKYWAN spheres. Music for breathwork. Journal nearby.
When I feel the pull to go deeper, I don't have to spend time setting up. I can drop in immediately.
When your body whispers "meditate," you want to be able to say yes without obstacles.
3. Practice "code switching"
I can channel in the morning and handle business emails in the afternoon.
I have learned that I can discuss quantum mechanics with my community one moment and talk about the weather with my neighbors the next.
This isn't being fake… think of it as being fluent in multiple languages, and it’s ok if you need to practice to get the hang of it. Sure it’s ok to prefer the deep conversations, but life is smoother if you can intermingle with the muggles and go undetected.
4. Find your people
You need at least one person who gets it. Who doesn't think you're crazy when you talk about light codes and timeline shifts.
This might be an online community. A meditation group. One close friend.
Speaking of community: have you joined the free SpiritBiology group on Skool yet? There are hundreds of like-minded souls there who understand what you're experiencing. It's a safe space to share, ask questions, and connect with others navigating between worlds.

5. Honor both worlds equally
