Aloha Beautiful Soul,
Yesterday I went to a full moon gathering where we did a shamanic meditation to meet our spirit animals.
A magnificent, powerful red fire dragon came lurching toward me. She breathed fire on me, encompassing me in flames and burned me up completely.
I wasn't afraid, I knew this was transformation.
I emerged from the ashes as an iridescent black dragon, and we took flight together.
As we flew, we passed two eagles with locked talons, soaring through the air in perfect synchrony.
The red fire dragon showed me how to use the fire for transmutation, turning my darkness into radiance. She gave me a ball of living fiery plasma, and I placed it in my third eye.
When the meditation ended a friend sitting next to me leaned over and said, "I think I saw you in the meditation, were you a dragon?"
I said “yes!”
"I was an eagle" she whispered.
In that moment I realized that she and her husband were the pair of eagles I had passed while flying with the red dragon.
She recognized me and I witnessed her. Across the veil, in a space beyond the rational mind, we saw each other in our alternate forms.
This is what happens when a group of souls gathers in ceremony with real intention. The veil thins. Recognition becomes possible. We see each other beyond space, time and form.
Inner vision shifts the world from mundane to magical.
